22nd AprilHeadteacher meets first Croxley Danes students
The Headteacher of Croxley Danes School met his first students today when he visited St Anthony's RC Primary School in Watford. This is the first of a number of such visits and meetings over the next few weeks, enabling all 120 students to get to know Mr Thompson ahead of their taster day at the school in July. The Year 6 students were able to ask their new Headteacher questions about the school and he was able to find out a little about them in their twenty minute chat. All professed themselves 'very excited' about starting at Croxley Danes and seemed to enjoy the meeting. Many thanks to St Anthony's who were so welcoming this morning and to all the other primary schools who are accommodating these visits.
