Personal Development

At Croxley Danes we recognise that the development of character is an essential part of Personal Development. We have focussed our character work around the pillars of values, drivers and enablers which group together our nine Character Habits.

We support the development of character through a range of activities across the school and in specific year groups. These are summarised on our Character Journey. We aim to recognise and reward our students through our character based merits as well as through other parts of our rewards programme such as our Student of the Week nominations and our annual Prize Giving.
