Prizegiving Awards Ceremony 2025

This week, we held our annual Croxley Danes Prizegiving Awards Ceremony, a wonderful occasion dedicated to celebrating the many successes of our pupils from the last academic year. The evening was a true highlight for the school community, filled with a sense of pride and inspiration. Guests were entertained by outstanding musical performances from some of our talented pupils, which set a fantastic tone for the celebrations and added to the vibrant atmosphere.

The event featured key addresses from our Headteacher, Mr Harris, and Chris Marks, DET Director of Education. Their inspiring speeches reflected on the achievements of the school and the hard work of our pupils, contributing significantly to the celebratory spirit of the evening.

The ceremony also served as a poignant opportunity to bid a fond farewell to Judith Thorn, our long-serving Chair of Governors, as her term of office comes to an end. Judith has been instrumental in the development and success of Croxley Danes, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her sincerely for her immense hard work and unwavering support over the years.

The heart of the evening was the presentation of awards to our pupils in recognition of their accomplishments throughout the last academic year. It was a privilege to see so many pupils take to the stage to receive their awards in front of parents, carers, and staff. These accolades are a testament to the dedication and commitment shown by our students, and we offer our warmest congratulations to all of our award winners for their well-deserved recognition.
