Secondary Transfer 2019

We are delighted that you are considering applying for a place for your child to join Croxley Danes School in September 2019.


The closing date for applications for September 2019 entry is 31st October 2018.

Please make sure applications are sent to the following address:

Croxley Danes School Admissions, c/o St Clement Danes School, Chenies Road, Chorleywood, Herts WD3 6EW.

Applications can also be hand delivered to Croxley Danes School, 3 Wolsey Business Park, Tolpits Lane, Rickmansworth if this is more convenient. Please ensure that you affix the correct postage if posting - i.e. a large stamp for A4 envelopes. Please do not leave them with our contractors at the building site in Baldwins Lane as we are not (yet) based there.

Please use a stamped self addressed envelope (or the postcard included with the prospectus) to receive a receipt.

You must also ensure that you have applied online to the Local Authority in which you live, naming Croxley Danes as one of your choices.

Admissions Tests

Croxley Danes School does not admit any children on the basis of the academic test.

The school will admit 10% of its students on the basis of the result of music aptitude test. The date for this test was 13th September 2018.

Registration to sit the test should have been made through the South West Hertfordshire Schools website Registration opened on Monday 30th April and closed on Friday 22nd June.
