Inaugural performance of the Croxley Danes School Choir takes place

Last night, the Croxley Danes School Choir sang at the St Clement Danes Easter Concert - the first public performance for a musical ensemble at the school. Under the direction of Mr Butterfield, the choir sang the Bill Withers hit 'Lean on Me' to rapturous applause from the audience and fellow performers. Special mention should also be made of Katie Ingham who not only sang, but also played in the St Clement Danes 2nd orchestra. Listening to inspirational performances from older students, our musicians were able to see what the future holds for Croxley Danes concerts in years to come. As we are sure the parents in the audience will agree, all the students should be very proud of their achievement.
