16th AprilBarcelona Trip Summer 2022
The end of the year celebrated Croxley Danes first international residential trip. Ms Platt organised the Barcelona trip for 36 Year 10 and 8 Y11 students on 10-13th July and was accompanied by Ms Brun-Orejas, Miss Northridge, Mr Murphy and Mr Lawlor. The itinerary was jam packed with a great mix of activities and free time. The learning opportunities on the trip were countless not only in the academic sense but as life skills and experiences. The students particularly enjoyed eating tapas at lunch time (well-deserved as they averaged 20,000 steps per day in the high summer heat!) and discovering the Sagrada Familia, the famous Nou Camp stadium and the Dali museum.
