25th AprilLRC Celebrates Pride Month and the Euros!
The LRC were thrilled to help celebrate Pride month by showcasing lots of topic related books for the students to view. Mrs Rovira, school librarian, also launched a ‘Create your flag’ competition along with exciting quizzes, word searches and crosswords for the students to participate in.
Whilst we get into the swing of the Euros, the LRC has also been featuring books on favourite football players. ‘Design a football shirt’ and ‘Make a flag to support your chosen team’ competitions were also launched, much to the delight of our keen football fans.
It’s been great to see the LRC become a central hub of the school since it opened, and we’ve been delighted with the number of students making use of the wonderful resources on offer here.
